What are the benefits of hypnotherapy?

My aim is to help people realize the importance of taking some time out, to focus on themselves. The key to general well being is more complex than just taking care of the physical body, taking care of the mind is equally important. Hypnotherapy can offer a holistic approach to problem solving by creating a balance between body and mind. It can help to take control and create a positive mind-set.

I am aware of life's complexities, but I am also aware of the benefits of taking time and space for yourself. It can improve your quality of life and can help to bring about effective and positive changes.

One of the main benefits of hypnotherapy is that patients are able to relax and release stress right at the very first session. During hypnotherapy the majority of work is carried out on a subconscious level, when the mind is more open to positive ideas and suggestions. The patient is not only more capable of finding the appropriate and rational way to resolve issues but increase their self-awareness and self-confidence.

I have successfully helped clients overcome a range of issues from lack of confidence and weight control, to fears and phobias and giving up smoking. My clients are central and my approach ensures that each course of hypnotherapy is tailor made for the needs of each individual.
